【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverselastomericseals(gaskets)usedtosealthejointsofplasticpipeusedforgravity,low-pressure,andhigh-pressureapplications.Thisreferstopush-onjointswhichrequirenointernalorexternalpressuretoeffecttheinitialseal.1.2Requirementsaregivenfornaturalorsyntheticrubbergaskets,oracombinationofboth.1.3Thetextofthisspecificationreferencesnotes,footnotes,andappendixeswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthespecification.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.5Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section7,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoconsultandestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsandtestmethodsfornon-percolatinglayflathosesforfixedsystems.Thehosesareintendedforuseatamaximumworkingpressureof1,5MPaoverarangeofinsidediametersfrom25mmto52mm.Thestandardappliesexclusivelytohosesforfire-fightingpurposesintendedforuseataminimumambienttemperatureof-20℃innormalconditions,andaminimumtemperatureof-30℃incolderclimaticconditions.Hosesconformingtothisstandardshouldbeusedwithfirehosecouplingsconformingtotherelevantnationalstandardsforcouplings.Hosesinmarineapplicationsand/oraggressiveenvironmentstobeusedwithwallhydrantsasspecifiedinEN671-2canconformtotherequirementsofthisStandardorprEN1924,butprEN1924ispreferredintheseapplications.NOTEAllpressuresaregaugepressuresandareexpressedinmegapascals.note:11MPa=10bar
