【摘要】:ThispartofISO15614specifiesthetestswhichshouldbeusedforqualificationofweldingprocedurespecifications.Itappliestoresistancebuttweldingandflashweldingofmetallicmaterials,e.g.withsolid,tubular,flatorcircularcross-section.ThebasicprinciplesofthispartofISO15614maybeappliedtootherresistanceweldingprocesseswhenthisisspecifiedinthespecification.NOTEThispartofISO15614isapartofaseriesofstandards.DetailsofthisseriesaregiveninISO15607:2003,AnnexA.ThispartofISO15614definestheconditionsforcarryingouttestsandthelimitsofvalidityofaqualifiedweldingprocedureforallpracticalweldingoperationscoveredbythispartofISO15614.Thetestsrequiredtoqualifytheprocedureforaparticularcomponent/assemblydependontheperformanceandqualityrequirementsofthecomponent/assemblyandshouldbedefinedinthedesignspecification.ThetestsshouldbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththispartofISO15614,unlessmoreseveretestsarespecifiedbytherelevantapplicationstandardorspecification,whentheseapply.NOTESpecificservice,material,ormanufacturingconditionsmayrequiremorecomprehensivetestingthanisspecifiedbythispartofISO15614.Suchtestsmayinclude:—microsections;—fatigueorendurancetests;—impacttest;—radiographictest;—ultrasonictest;—corrosiontest;—testsofcomponentsorcompleteweldedassemblies.ThispartofISO15614coversthefollowingresistanceweldingprocessesasdefinedinISO4063:—24flashwelding,usingdirectcurrentoralternatingcurrentwithvariousmovementsequences,constantflashingandpulsedflashing;—25resistancebuttwelding,usingdirectcurrentoralternatingcurrentwithvariouspressuresequences.
